No attempt will be made to identify individual users or their browsing activities except in the rare case that Impactable is asked and required to for the enforcement of criminal law. In the case of the latter, we will comply with the Privacy Principles of the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) regarding the limits and protocols associated with disclosure of personal information, unless your local legislation supersedes this.

Best Practice Privacy Principles applied:

Although not required to, Impactable operates in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) contained in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) (the Privacy Act). The APPs govern the way in which Personal Information is collected, used, disclosed, stored, secured and disposed of.
